User Task ACL Patch: Service to patch ACL settings on User Task.
Note: This DSC requires Task Manager DSC.

h3. Operation: checkAndInsertTaskAcltoSharedQueues

Check and Insert Task ACL to Shared Queues: Checks the task acl of the specified task ID and make sure all the shared users have the ACL added for them.
Note: It does not honor the flag "Add ACL for shared queue" on the User step when the task was initially created and assigned, for it will allow all the shared user(s) visibility on the task.
